Contact and booking forms. When you submit the “Book an Introduction” form or another enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the package or service you’re interested in, your preferred day and time to be contacted, and any message you add. We use this information solely to get in touch with you about your enquiry, and it is sent directly to our inbox at info@elefanteconsultancy.com.
Checkout and payments. When you place an order (via Checkout or Quick Pay), we collect your name, email address, billing address, and country. This information, together with the order amount, is passed securely to our payment provider, Mollie, to process your payment. This website does not use tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies, and we don’t run advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. WordPress, the software the site runs on, may set a small number of strictly functional cookies for logged-in administrators; these have no effect on visitors browsing the site.

We keep enquiry and contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than necessary. Order and payment-related data is kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires us to retain financial administration, currently seven years.
