We provide website design and build services (fixed-scope packages: Pack 1 through Pack 4, and Try & Upgrade), and time-based consulting services (Vision to Action Session, Last-Minute Support). All prices shown on the website are in euros and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of 21% Dutch VAT, which is added at checkout. The order summary shown before payment always states the final total including VAT.
Orders for a fixed-scope website package are placed via our Checkout page; custom or already-agreed amounts are paid via our Quick Pay page. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Mollie, using the payment method you select at checkout (such as iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, or Pay by Bank, subject to availability). We do not store your card or bank details ourselves. An order is confirmed once payment has been received; you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
After payment is confirmed, we contact you within 2 business days to plan the kick-off of your project. Indicative delivery timelines depend on the package and are agreed with you individually at the start of the project.
As a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to cancel an order for services within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Because our services (website design, consulting sessions) typically begin shortly after payment at your request, you explicitly agree, when placing an order, that we may start performing the service before this 14-day period ends. If you give this explicit consent and we start the work, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; if the service is only partially performed when you cancel, you owe an amount proportional to what has already been delivered up to that point. If you have not requested an early start, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies and you may cancel by emailing info@elefanteconsultancy.com.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Statutory warranty rights under Dutch law apply. Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
If you have a complaint about an order, please email us at info@elefanteconsultancy.com describing the issue; we aim to respond within 2 business days and work with you to resolve it. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, it may be submitted to the competent Dutch court, or, for EU consumers, via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
